A good teacher is engaging and always has a fun energy toward their class and what they are teaching. A good teacher knows all of their students keeps the classroom energy as positive as possible and allows each student to embrace their individual personality. A good teacher also looks for new ways to teach ideas and subjects-keeping it interesting.
A good teacher has not only a passion for their subject but also for their students. An effort should be made to include everyone in the classroom in some way and be sure that all students are engaged in the learning experience. Teachers should also allow their students to have fun at some point during the class through games or other activities so that school can be an enjoyable experience.
A good teacher is one that knows his or her class and uses this knowledge as a framework for teaching. What works one year might not work another year. What works with one student might not work with all the others. A teacher must also be flexible.
